1. Quality Commitment
As stair & railing fabricators with more than 15 years of professional production experience, MZstairs develops global export business. Stairs and railings are essential building facilities that ensure safety, beauty and property value.
We produce stairs and railings for residential, commercial and hotel projects with strict quality control, providing complete warranty service for all finished products.
2. Warranty Period
Structural Warranty: 5 Years
Applicable: Stainless steel stairs, load-bearing railings, main handrails
Hardware Fittings Warranty: 2 Years
Applicable: brackets, connectors, glass clamps, hinges and fasteners
Surface Finish Warranty: 2 Years
Applicable: powder coating, electroplating, wood veneer coating
Glass Railing Warranty: 3 Years
Applicable: tempered glass, laminated safety glass
The warranty starts from product delivery date or bill of lading date. Custom projects shall follow signed contract terms.
3. Warranty Coverage
Structural damage caused by raw material and workmanship defects, including weld crack, material breakage and assembly error
Premature rust, coating peeling, blistering and abnormal discoloration under normal use
Functional failure of original hardware accessories due to production defects
Natural breakage of tempered glass caused by manufacturing problems
Early aging and damage caused by internal material defects
Free original spare parts replacement and professional maintenance service within warranty period
4. Non-Warranty Items
Natural daily wear: sun fading, slight scratch, gasket aging, natural wood change
Damage caused by unqualified installation
Overload use, man-made collision, accident damage and intentional destruction
Unauthorized cutting, welding and product modification without written approval
Damage caused by extreme weather, salt spray, flood, fire, earthquake and natural disasters
Damage caused by improper daily maintenance and corrosive cleaning agents
Third-party non-original accessories
Consumables such as rubber pads, sealants and adhesives
Meizstairs has the right to refuse warranty application for above situations, all related fees shall be borne by buyers.
5. Warranty Application Process
Prepare documents: order number, product model, defect photos, fault description
Send all materials to email:postmaster@meizstairs.com or official contact number
We confirm receipt within 3 working days and finish assessment within 10 working days. Buyers pay return freight in advance, freight will be refunded if confirmed as quality defect.
Official solutions: free replacement parts, product repair or proportional refund
6. Reminder for Distributors & Installers
Check all products carefully before hidden construction. Once products are covered and installed, visible appearance defects will not be accepted for warranty.
7. Warranty Valid Conditions
Use products within standard usage and rated load
Follow official maintenance rules, clean stainless steel regularly, protect wooden stairs properly
Storage & installation environment for wood stairs: temperature 15°C–30°C, humidity 35%–55%
All payment must be fully settled
This warranty is only valid for original buyers, non-transferable
8. Limitation of Liability
As stair & railing fabricators,Meizstairs is not responsible for indirect loss, property loss, business loss and third-party compensation Dismantling and reinstallation fees are not included in warranty without written agreement
The maximum compensation shall not exceed original product purchase amount
9. Notice for International Buyers
Replacement parts are delivered by sea/railway by default, express shipping cost is paid by buyers
All international tariffs and import taxes are borne by consignees
Buyers pay return shipping fee first, fee will be reimbursed for confirmed manufacturing defects
10. General Warranty Standard
Stainless Steel Stairs: 5 years structure, 2 years surface finish
Aluminum Alloy Railings: 5 years structure, 2 years surface finish
Wrought Iron Railings: 3 years structure, 2 years surface finish (indoor only)
Solid Wood Stairs: 3 years structure, 1 year surface finish (temperature & humidity control required)
Tempered Glass: 3 years warranty (only for spontaneous breakage)
Hardware Accessories: 2 years unified warranty
Custom Projects: Follow signed project contract
